About MindQuest

What is MindQuest?
MindQuest is an after-school option for parents who are looking for quality after-school care with a learning focus. MindQuest comprises of 3 hours of after school care.

What is the schedule for MindQuest? 
Mondays through Fridays from 3:00pm-6:00pm. 
Limited, part-time (2 or 3 day) enrollment options are also available.

What MindQuest after-school program provides? 
Each day, students will receive 1 hour of homework help, 1 hour of an IQuest class (parents/student's selection - based upon availability at the time of registration), and free play (including indoor/outdoor activity and board games).  

​MindQuest Calendar? 
Our schedule follows the LISD school calendar, but may include special programs (at cost) during LISD holidays and school closings.  There will not be any after school shuttle pick up on LISD holidays and early release days. Please check our calendar for the exact dates we are open for classes.

SHUTTLE SERVICE

Goddard Shuttle Service offers door-to-door shuttle service after school from all the Steiner Ranch schools to IQuest. This includes:
  • Steiner Ranch Elementary
  • Laura Welch Bush Elementary
  • River Ridge Elementary​
Passengers will enjoy a comfortable ride on Goddard's van which is fully air-conditioned and equipped with seat belts. Parents will have the option to choose daily or weekly service.  Accounts must be paid for in advance monthly and amounts paid is non-refundable.  All billing will be handled through IQuest on a 4-week/monthly basis.

Parents must complete separate Goddard application and communicate with their child(ren)'s teacher and school administration to inform the proper school personnel of their child's shuttle pick up by Goddard's.

ENRICHMENT/ACADEMIC CLASSES

3:00-3:30pm  Snack time & Free play
3:30-4:30pm  45 min Hr HWork Help/Reading/Handwriting/Chess  
4:30-5:30pm  1 Hr of an Academic/Enrichment Class
5:00-6:00pm  Indoor and/or Outdoor Active Playtime
Fun Fridays:
3:30-4:30pm  Art Class
4:00-6:00pm  Chess Club/Strategy games,Indoor and/or Outdoor Active Playtime etc. 
Registration in MindQuest is subject to the Published Enrollment Policies

4PA-IQUEST TUITION CONTRACT
With Enrollment, Cancellation, Refund, & Disciplinary Policies 

Parents registering for any IQuest program are asked to read the policies concerning their registration into the programs.  Kindly ask us about any policy that is unclear before registration, as the policies are effective and fully enforceable as of completion of enrollment in one or more of the programs.
